Cycle Trail

The Eifel-Ardennes cycle path from St. Vith in Belgium to the Nürburgring connects the Belgian Ardennes with the Eifel. In the western half between St. Vith and Prüm, the route runs almost entirely on former railway lines. Here, undulating plateaus dominate the landscape. From Prüm, deep cuts and steep climbs characterize the eastern half of the route via Gerolstein, Daun and to the Nürburghöhen. The route from Prüm - Daun runs partly over unpaved paths, here it's a sporty and demanding affair.

Difficulty level: hard

Distance: 109.5 km
Start: St. Vith (Belgium)
Finish: Nürburgring
Ascent: 1,508 hm
