Het Elztal fietspad loopt van Gunderath (met directe toegang tot het CenterParcs Park Eifel) via Uersdfeld, Lirestal, Oberelz door het idyllische Elztal naar Monreal en verder naar de Eifel stad Mayen. Tussen Gunderath en Monreal, het fietspad is bij uitstek geschikt voor gezinnen vanwege de topografie en vooral vanwege de vele aanbiedingen.
